Homemade Salsa

I love how there are endless amounts of possibilities when it comes to salsa. You can add corn, or maybe you like black beans in yours? I've had salsas with both and more.

Me, I like my salsas in a variety and most of the time, I don't really *keep track* of the exact measurements of what I put in. I determine by taste testing. At least it's healthy?

So since we're not going to go on measurements, I'll list the general ingredients you need. Whatever else you decide to add, is entirely up to you and your tastebuds.

6-8 large tomatoes, diced (keep the juices if you like your salsa juicy)
1 medium onion, diced
1 jalapeƱo, diced
2 TBSP minced garlic,
2 TBSP cilantro, finely chopped
1 TBSP lime juice
